衷心感谢您选购ZNZ型智能竹节纱控制器。在选购本设备之前,请先熟读说明书,这样有利于你正确的发挥本装置的优良功能。该装置适用于各种普通或中长纤维的纯纺或混纺.最短节长能纺2cm,最长任意,最短间距2cm,最长任意,最大粗度为6倍.适配细纱机机型:FA502、FA503、FA504、FA506、FA507、FA512、FA513、FA515、FA528等国外机型,或根据细纱机机型设计。

1、断彩竹节纱和普通竹节纱的纺纱模式
1、The spinning mode of break color and normal Slubby Yarn
纺断彩是通过控制后罗拉的喂入和停止进行断彩纺纱。普通竹节纱模式是通过控制中后罗拉的加速实现。
The break color Slubby Yarn is spinning by controlling the feeding and stopping of retral roller. The normal Slubby Yarn is spinning by controlling the accelerate of the middle and retral roller.
2、完善的质量报警系统
2、The perfect system of quality alarm
该功能是生产优质竹节纱的一个可靠保证,它提供了生产过程中的所有故障或其他不正常纺纱报警,包括:生产质量报警、电气故障报警、机械故障报警、设定工艺参数不当和其他不正常纺纱报警。一旦出现异常的情况,计算机就会启动报警系统,面板显示灯亮,同时显示屏上显示故障原因和可能出现的问题,以及如何检查,如何处理故障的教程。

3、采用位置控制方式

本装置采用伺服电机的高精度定位控制方式。它是以脉冲的方式来工作的,一个脉冲运行一个固定角度,360’后误差归0。因此参数设定中直接输入节长、节距,并且节长、节距长度的可靠性、稳定性,得到保证。

4、前罗拉质量跟随技术

本控制器是将前罗拉和中后罗拉完全独立传动。它们之间是通过无触点的传感器来实现前罗拉和中后罗拉的完全跟随,所以在纺纱过程中所有细节都处于计算机的监控之下,并提供效正或报警。整个纺纱也基本无需更换牵伸牙,更换工艺品种也是相当简单。

纺纱工艺仓库为工艺人员对竹节纱的生产管理带来了极大的方便,它为工艺员提供了200个竹节工艺货架,每个工艺有50组工艺参数组(节长、节距、节粗)可随意调用或存贮及修改,在连续不通电的情况下可保存半年以上,参数不会丢失。

这种纺纱方式现已成为市场主要的纺纱方式。是在多种布面宽幅的情况下,保持竹节密度风格一致,分布风格优良。同时通过科学的计算只需输入一组基本的纺纱要求便可自动产生多组参数进行无规则纺纱,并为生产厂家提供了200组以上的详细的专家工艺的存贮调用。

7、五种纺纱方式

A、随机纺纱:本装置是从48组参数中,任意抽取进行不重复纺纱,也就是随机不重复纺纱。能产生几千兆的随机组合,同时纺同品种的车台之间,随机运行的参数也是不相同,经过长期的实践证明该纺纱方式完全解决了布面规律性条纹的产生,能满足客户各种不同风格的布面要求。
A、spinning in random:The set is to select in random from 48 groups parameter to spinning without repeat.It call produce several kilomega combination in random.And the parameter is different even in the same variety which is proved in long-time practice to settle production of the regular list.It make the client to satisfied with the different style requirement.

1)具有竹节两端形状的设定功能,有利于解决竹节加捻,防止瘦纱,有利于竹节形状的优美。

2)具有纺纱纱支(车速变化)的自动跟随校正功能,不会产生因车速等发生变化而引起纱支发生变化,造成质量事故。

三、操作说明
三、OPERATING INSTRUCTION
1.正常上电显示图

2.在屏幕的右下角点一下VIEW后,出现一菜单上有6个按键,每次按下则出现菜单再按下则返回,再按下相应的按钮后便进入相应的子菜单。
2.Press the VIEW On the lower right corner,then appear a menu with 6 keys.once press once will appear a menu,the second time will return and then press the corresponding key to enter the submenu.
首先按下返回监控出现子菜单,首先输入密码XXXX,按下后在屏幕上显示一个操作键盘,输入1级密码后,按下确认,在下面的0则变为1,如输入2级密码则下面的显示为2,输入密码后所有的子菜单处于解密状态任意进入,随意修改。
First press return monitor,the submenu appears,then input password XXXX,a operating keyboard will appear, input 1 level password,press confirm,then the O change to 1.If you input 2 level password,confirm it,then the 0 change to 2.After input the password,you can enter and change optionally.

3. 调用工艺纺纱
3.Spinning with the technics
1) 关闭密码的方法只需输入0后确认所有的子菜单都被加密。修改屏保及按键声音等必须要输入2级密码,在返回监控子菜单中按下后出现留言板,在其左上角按下功能键出现菜单后选择密码,按下出现子菜单①定时屏保“0”为常亮,其次可输入时间确定屏亮的时间 ②按键声音“1”为开,“0”为关闭 ③为第一级密码的修改。每次修改后必须按下修改确认后修改的参数才有效。
1) The method to close the password is only to input 0,then confirm all the submenu is encrypt.If you want to change the screen saver or the key sound,you must input 2 level password,press return to monitor,then the message board appears,press the function key on the top left and select password,then the submenu appears:①the time screensaver "O" is light continues,you also can input time to confirm the time of the screen saver light ②the key sound"1" is open and “0” is close.③change the 1 level password.After you change the password,you should press “confirm” to make it effective.
注意:为了纺纱的安全起见,在不进行参数操作的时候,务必返回监控菜单,只有在该菜单下,才显示屏幕报警的详细检查与故障报警内容。
Notice:In order to safety,you must return to the monitor when you don't want to change parameter.Because only in this state the alarm of the detail inspect and fault can be show on screen.
2) 在按下VIEW后的菜单中按下服务导读,将详尽的介绍在纺纱过程中遇到的工艺方面问题的处理方法及机械电器易出现问题的处理方法和检查思路。按屏幕的右下方则翻到下页,按上方则翻到上页。
2) After press“VIEW",press service read guide which will introduce the deal method of the technical question in spinning and the deal method or inspect method of the machanical fault.Press the lower right corner to turn to the next page and the top left to the front page.
3) 按下VIEW菜单后按纱种选择,在该屏幕里您需确定要纺出什么样的纱。
3) After press“VIEW",press select of yarn type,in the screen you can select what type you want to spinning,
a.选择您要纺正常纱还是竹节纱,按下后出现对话框,按照提示操作,必须确定你要纺的纱。
a.select what you want to spinning is slubby yarn or normal yarn.After press a dialog will appear, operate according to the register,confirm what yarn you want to spinning.
b.选择是要纺常规竹节纱还是花色竹节纱,按下后出现对话框,按照提示确定要纺的纱。
b.select what you want to spinning is the conventional slubby yarn or slubhy fancy yarn.After press a dialog will appear, operate according to the register, confirm what yarn you want to spinning.
c.纺竹节纱时选择进行有规律纺纱还是无规律纺纱,按下后出现对话框,按照提示确定纺纱方式,纺正常纱时此键无效。
c.select regular spinning or irregular spinning of slubby yarn.After press a dialog will appear, operate according to the register, confirm the spinning mode.The key is invalid when spinning the normal yarn.
d. 是否要使用开环或闭环纺纱也就是自动跟踪功能。
d.select open loop or closed loop,namely the function of follow automatically.
如果您的设备存在机械问题,却无法解决的情况(如小纱、中纱、大纱的车速明显不同),请使用该功能,但平时一定要做到定期对测速部件进行维护的工作。
If there is the mechanical fault in your equipment which can't be settled(for example the different speed between small yarn、middle yarn、large yarn ), you can use the function.But it is necessary to take scheduled maintenance of the speed measurement.
开环/闭环功能是在车速变化不是很大,也就是±5%左右的范围内的情况进行跟踪,如果变化过大,系统认为你设备存在严重问题,并停止跟踪,进行报警。(该功能需谨慎使用)
The function of the open loop and close loop is followed when the change of speed is not too large,about ±5%.If it changes too large,the system will consider the equipment with serious question and stop follow, begin to alarm.(it must be used carefully)
e.选择是否关机后还需要竹节(直接按后可切换)

4) 按下VIEW的菜单中纱支设定
4) press the design of yarn count in the menu of “VIEW”
a.电机到后罗拉的齿数传动比:是纺纱中基纱纱支节长、节距准确性的一个重要参数,必须注意,准确计算。
a.the gear ratio from rear roller to servomotor:It is a important parameter to ensure the basic yarn length and space and it must count exactly.
b.前罗拉的实际转速:一般是直接输入高速车后的前罗拉转速,最好用本装置的测表显示的速度。
b.the actual speed of the front roller:generally speaking,it is the speed of front roller when inputthe most speed,which had better measure with the watch of the set.
c.总牵伸(基纱总牵伸)也就是没有竹节部分的纱支牵伸,与正常工艺牵伸算法是一样的:(粗纱的号数/所要纺的基纱号数)*运行效率。如果纺纱的实际结果与要求有误差,请按工艺进行调整,只需调整牵伸值。
c. the total draft(the draft of the basic yarn):the draft without slubby yarn which is count in the same way of the normal technical draft(the count of the fly frame/the basic spinning count)*efficiency.If the spinning result is different with the requirement,adjust the valve of the draft according to the technics.
d.起跳频率:开车时纱支粗细微调,指在开车的瞬间,如果纱支粗或细,断头率会很高。通过该参数可进行调整,可大大降低断头率,也可以用该参数调整一个开车竹节。该参数随纱支的不同进行调整的。5s为0.5左右,10s为0.8左右,21s在1.5左右,40s在2.5左右,该参数以开车具体情况为准,总之粗了就调小,细了就调大。(该值越大纱越细)
d.the start frequency:tiny adjust the wide and thin when start the machine,namely the break rate will very high if the yarn count is wide or thininthe starting moment.Through adjusting it,the break rate can reduce greatly and adjust the slubby yarn when starting.The parameter can adjust with the yarn count,5s is about 0.5,10s is 0.8,21s is 1.5,40s is 2.5,which adjust according to the material condition,decrease when wide and increase when thin.(The larger the value,the thinner the yarn)
e. 低速频率,一般是高低速A—Y开车或双速电机都是0.67,如果变频开车需重调,公式为低速频/高速频率,即使有的厂家不使用低速也必须输入一个非0参数。
e. low speed multiplicator:the value of high speed or low speed A-Y or two speeds motor is 0.67.If the start of the frequency conversion need to readjust,the formula is low speed frequency/the high frequency. You must input a parameter not 0 even you don't use low speed.
f. 选顶节形,选择竹节的节形形状代号。按下此键后出现一键盘,输入(1—200)中的任一种竹节曲线形状。注意:该值越小节形越平,参数越大竹节越陡。当竹节很短时节形相应调陡。如果正常纺纱中,节形与节长发生矛盾时,会在报警菜单中进行报警,提示要你检查竹节参数,若无误,请增大该参数,如果纺正常纱该键无效。
f. the shape of slubby yarn:select the number of the slubby yarn shape.Press the key,then appear a screen,input a number from 1-200.Notice:the smaller the valve,the flatter the shape and the bigger of the parameter, the sharper of the shape.When the slubby yarn is short,the shape is sharp.If the slubby shape is contrary with the slubby length,it will alarm in the alarm system,remind you to check the parameter.If the parameter is right, increase the valve and the key is invalid when spinning the normal yarn.
5) 在按下VIEW的菜单中按下竹节存取
5) press the store and take off of the slubby yarn
在该菜单中主要是输入竹节纱的工艺参数,并提供工艺序号,工艺标识和工艺存贮功能。
In the menu,you should input the slubby parameter and apply the technical number technical mark and the store and take off of the slubby yarn.
对于工艺管理有两种方式寻找工艺,一种是直接输入工艺序号(按下序号上的数字框后显示键盘,输入数字序号,确认)再按下速查键(注意:等工艺标识变化好后,再去操作其它键)。
There are two ways to search the technics in technical manage,one is input the technical number directly(press the number frame,then appear the keyboard,input the number confirm),then press Search
immediately(Notice:After the technical mark is changed,then operate the otherkey).
第二种是用“+1”、“-1”键进行选择所要纺的工艺序号及工艺标识,等工艺标识变化完后再用速查键查询无误。
The second is to use “+1”、“-1”key to select the number and the markyouwant tO select.Afterthetechnical mark is changed,use the key of search immediately to confirm.
工艺标识的输入:按下工艺标识XXX,显示键盘,输入相应的所 纺品种名称(中英文都可),确认(ESC表示取消,ENT表示确认)。
The input Of the technical mark:press the technical mark XXX,appear the keyboard,input the name of the spinning variety(in china or english),confirm it(ESC means cancel,ENT means confirm).
再按下竹节参数就出现一竹节参数的表格,分别是组号、节粗、节长(cm)、节距(cm),按照顺序相应的输入,通过下角的返回、末页、下页进行输入,当选择下页到下页,末页则变为上页可进行选择,输入完以后要将最后一组的下组参数都改为0(例如是10组参数输入完后则第1l组改为0)。
Then press slubby parameter,appear a table which is group number、slubby wide、slubby length(cm)、slubby space(cm),input it in order.You can input it through the return on the lower corner、end page、next page and when you select next page to next page,the end page will turn to front page.After input it, you should change the parameter of the next group to 0(For example,it is 10 group parameter,after input it,you should input 0 to the 11 group).
输入完以后确认每组参数无误,按下角的返回键返回到竹节存取的子菜单。
After input it,confirm the parameter is right,press the return key on the lower corner to return to the store and take off submenu.
怎样调用编辑的参数进行纺纱?
How to transfer the edit menu to spinning?
a.首先找到已编好的工艺序号,工艺标识,检查编辑好的竹节参数确保无误。
a.First find out the technical number and technical mark in edit menu,check the parameter of the slubby yarn and ensure it right.
b. 按右下角的调用工艺键后出现一对话框,按上面的调用/更新后上面显示的工艺序号和工艺标识均变化好后与上面一致,便表示该工艺传送到了运行区中并锁定,请记住每次发现参数不正确需要更改时必须在更改完以后进行调用工艺操作,否则更改的参数无效。每次调用工艺必须等到所显示的工艺序号与工艺标识变化正确和调用/更新键弹出后参数才传送完毕。时间在3秒左右。
b. Press the key on the lower right corner, appear a dialog box,then press the transfer/update.If the technical number and mark is consistent with the above,it means the technics is transferred tO the running area and locked.Remember when you found the parameter is not right and want to change,the transfer of the technics must after the change is over, otherwise,the changing parameter is invalid.Each time when you transfer the technics,you must wait until the technical number and mark
in the screen is right and the key of transfer/update is appear which is about 3seconds.
6) 按下VIEW菜单中的傻瓜设定
6) press the fool design in the menu of "VIEW"
该工艺仅为提供傻瓜式的纺纱方式,该工艺可存贮傻瓜工艺,并可随意查询与调用200个具体的方法。
It is only to supply the spinning mode of fool design,it can store 200 fool technics and can search or transfer in random.
具体设定方法为:最小粗度和最大粗度,平均竹节长度,节长离散度意思是用最小值/平均值,最大不超过0.9。
The design method in detail:the smallest wide and the biggest wide,the average slubby length,slubby lenSth disperse which means the valve of smallest/theaverage,themostisnotover0.9.
平均节距及离散度含意同于节卡,节长的微调,节距的微调值。
The means of average space and disperse is the same of the slubby length,the tiny adjust of slubby length the tiny adjust of slubby space.
如果是有样纱分析,请测出多个节长、节距、去掉相同的节长(节距),然后相加求平均,再用最大(最小)减去平均再除以平均求得±%,如果采用傻瓜式算法系统将自动为你产生16组参数。
If there is sample yam to analyse,you should measure many slubby length、slubby space and remove the same ones,then add it,count the average.Then make the valve of the biggest(smallest) reduce the average,then divide the average,so you can get ±%.If you use the fool count,the system will produce 16 group parameter.
如何调用傻瓜工艺呢?
How to transfer the fool technics?
首先确认工艺序号,标识均正确后按右下角的调用上面的调用/更新后上面显示的工艺序号和工艺标识均变化好后与上面一致,便表示该工艺传送到了运行区中并锁定,请记住每次发现参数不正确需要更改时必须在更改完以后进行调用工艺操作,否则更改的参数无效。每次调用工艺必须等到所显示的工艺序号与工艺标识变化正确和调用/更新键弹出后参数才传送完毕。时间在3秒左右。
At first confirm the technical number and mark is right,then press the key of transfer/update on the lower right corner, if the technical number and mark is consistent with the above,it means the technics is transferred to the running area and locked.Remember when you found the parameter is not right and want to change,the transfer of the technics must after the change is over, otherwise,the changing parameter is invalid.Each time when you transfer the technics,you must wait until the technical number and mark in the screen is right and the key of transfer/update is appear, which is about 3 seconds.
傻瓜纺纱中每次查询工艺需输入工艺序号再按搜索才能查询出工艺标识及具体的竹节参数。
In the fool spinning,you should input the technical number and press search when you want to search technics,then the technical mark and parameter can be appear in detail.

该公式的注意点:节长两端有一段节形长度,当节长较长时可以忽略,如果节长较短时有必要考虑进去。
Notice:There is a length of slubby shape on the both sides of slubby length and when the slubby length is long,it can be ignore,but when the length is short, you should take it into account.

Ⅰ. the scheme of the slubby wide
① 称重法(扭力天平):用剪刀剪出一个定长的竹节(不包括节形),称出重量,再剪出一个定长的原纱,称出重量,转换成相同长度后,相除,就可以得到节粗参数。
① the method of weigh it(torque balance):cut a order slubby length with a scissors(without the slubby shape),weigh up the weight,then cut a order basic yarn and weigh up the weight,transfer to the same length,then divide,the slubby wide parameter then appear.
② 比较法:通过实际上纺出结果,与样品进行比较。比较必须注意,尽可能让颜色、湿度等相同、相近。例:如果纱样是藏青色,可以用复写纸在纱样上上色,以求达到感观上的一致,有时根据纱样的实际情况,也有必要进行加湿比较。
② the method of compare:compare the spinning production with the sample,You should try to make the colour and the humidity same or close to make it consistent.And some time,you should add water
according to the sample yarn if necessary.

主要采用测量法,从一个纱样或布上测出多个竹节的长度,去掉一些相同的节长,再求平均,即可得到平均节长,再用公式求±%=(平均节长-最短节长)/平均节长
It usually take the method of measure:measure several slubby length from a cloth,remove the same one,then count the average,then you can get the average slubby length.Then use the formulae to get±
%=(the average slubby length-the shortest length)/the average slubby length.
注意:直接在布面上测量的节长、节距与实际结果相比,应考虑一个伸长率,具体方法可以拉出一根竹节(节距、节长),根据布面上的长度与拉出来的实际长度相比较,求得伸长率。同时,节长与节距的伸长率可能不相同。
Notice:Compare the slubby length and space measured from the cloth with the actual one,you should take the elongate into account.According to the length in cloth and the actual one,you can get the
elongate.In the same time,the elongate of the slubby length may be different from the elongate of the slubby space.

对于传动比的确认,一般没有任何特殊要求,但必须坚持三个原则:①纺原(基)纱时,伺服电机的速度不宜低于100转 ②传动比一般选取大于15的传动比,以保证足够的传动力矩⑧电机的最高速度,也就是最粗部分,不能超过1800转/分。
There is no special requirement of the scheme of drive rate.But you must insist three rules:①The speed of the servomotor is not lower than 100;②The drive rate is usually selected more than l5,so as to guarantee the drive torque is enough;⑧The highest speed of the motor,namely the widest part,is not exceed 1800 rpm.

捻度的设计是以原(基)纱为基础的,一般根据粗纱的纤维长度不同与粗度不同,选取捻系数,380以上。

钢丝圈的选取一般在混合纱支与最粗纱支之间来确定,最终以实际效果来决定。做到张力不能太紧,也不能太松。
The select of traveller is usually between the mixed count and the widest count and is determined by the actual effect in the end.You should keep the tension is not too tighten nor too loose.

隔距块的选择也应考虑到在混合纱支与最粗纱支之间。

四、对于特殊纺纱的几点说明
四、SEVELAL INSTRUCTION ABOUT THE SPECIAL SPINNING
1、对于纺一些节长、节距都很短的竹节纱,也就是节长+节距≤5cm(指的是粗度2倍,如节粗更粗,相应长些)的情况下,限制要求为前罗拉速度不能大于200转。
1、when you want to spinning the yarn which slubby length and space is very short,such as slubby length+slubby space≤5cm(the wide is double,it is longer when the wide is wider),the speed of the front roller is limit to not more than 200 rpm.
2、对于一些超短竹节纱(节长或节距明显低于纤维长度)的纺制,由于纤维在钳口被拉伸形式的不同,可能导致实际出来的结果与输入参数之间存在着较大的误差。也就是节长变长、节粗不够的现象。同时随着粗度、长度的不同而不同:随着钳口位置的不同而不同。各厂家应注意这方面的校正工作。
2、when you want to spinning the slubby yarn which length is too short(the slubby length or space is shorter than the fiber length obviously),maybe there will be huge error between the actual product and the input parameter because the fiber is drafted in different mode,such as the length is too long and the wide is not enough.And it is different with the change of wide、length and the position of the clamping length.
3、本装置所有的工艺参数输入,都是按照标准的理论工艺算法来计算的。由于各个厂家的设备型号、车况及运行效率都不相同,所以,实际出来的结果,可能有微小差异,厂家必须刘生产出的竹节纱进行检查校正工作,以实际结果为主。
